Refund policy

All sales are final once they have been shipped. In the description of the item you have purchased will include detailed instructions on how the item can be washed and what it is made of. All items have been washed and sanitized before shipping. If purchasing an item that is custom made, the cost of the products purchased for the project will be charged and the rest refunded if item in canceled before it ships.
